There is a whole ghostwriting industry that takes care of their assignment and group work. Believe me, I know it from my personal experiences as their classmate and colleague. I know a lot of teachers and Professors from Saudi universities, often at get together they would share stories that are nothing short of nightmares.

The biggest issue is their lack of work ethics. The position I was was working there had a strict policy of "must-have university degree + minimum of 5 years of work experience" for foreigners. On the other hand, the same position can be given to Saudi diploma holders and with better pay. Guess what, those diploma holders used to dump all there work on foreigners and they never tried to learn either as they can never be fired from their job.

I wouldn’t doubt that. Even here, many of them have their Saudi group. Sitting together in exams Room taking care of the business . If they don’t find enough Saudi, they wouldn’t mind approaching Al Bakistani to carry on with the business and vice versa. So I Can imagine what would an average Saudi student is doing in their country.

Yes they can since 1995 hundreds of thousand Saudis are studying in Universities like Harvard and MIT and Cambridge and Oxford and Princeton and also Saudi Arabia established around Universities in Saudi Arabia since 1995, many are now in 500 club. Yes they have some attitudes yes they can be great in education but if they can afford Rolls Royce yes they would buy that, those things are there and always will be but that doesn't mean they are not smart.

One of the reason for them being better is that unlike other GCC nations Saudi Arabia has significant population. If survey is done I think local Saudi population will be more than 3 crore. And all Saudis are not super rich or being paid by Government for everything. Many Saudis are poor or from lower middle class.

The ones having prophet Muhammad DNA are really smart. And I believe many prophet Muhammad descend across the Muslim world have already filled many strategic position in the Muslim world. Most of them dont look Arab anymore and have already become natives.

Saudi also has many immigrants. Some of the immigrants are also smart. My family living in Saudi (Indonesian) for instant, my dad cousins, 2 are professors and about three are lecturers, teaching in Saudi universities. Their kids are all well educated and one of them has become an entrepreneur in a telecommunication sector.

Saif Al Arab for instant is a smart guy from Saudi.
