The Saudis, as faithful guardians of the Two Mosques, well understand the deviousness of their cross-Gulf neighbors. The Saudis know full well that Iranian participation in a peace conference that tries to bring an end to violence in Syria would be absurd.

Funny how saudis try to hide behind the Arab identity when its to their benefit while Iraq and Syria has much more history and civilization than those living in the desert chasing lizards on camels holding swords and shouting lallalala ! Iran's invitation was withdrawn by the UN. This isn't a minor issue, something someone could toss away:
