Since when does Iran have a border with Syria? What are you talking about?
[/quote]
Since the fall of Saddam and a shia government (rightfully) installed in Irak. The nothern Iraq is not controlled by the Iraqi central government..The border might not have changed on the map, it is geopolitically altered.
The kif, if you don't know it by now is shipped to you...Its consumption in Algeria is relatively low comparing to KSA.
Anyway you are the same user talking about Berbers in Makkah and Syria, LOL. So not a surprising statement from you.
Thanks for the laugh anyway.
Like I told you many time in the past , you have a comprehension blockage. I have never said they were berbers in the Arab Peninsula or in in Syria. What I said is Berber settlers in the Hijjaz have donnated their land for the the expansion of the holly sight in Mecca and Madina. And if KSA has a land recording system like every country that command respect , it can be easily checked.
For Syria, they were a lot of Algerians that followed Emir Abdelkader there. Indeed we have blood ties with the Syrian people! Anything else paper tiger wahabi?
Iran only borders one Arab country and that is Iraq. Syria is located nearly 2000 km away from Iran. Northern Saudi Arabia on the other hand is located less than 130 km from the Syrian border. Just the small northern strip of Jordan separates Syria and KSA.
2000 miles away? and nothern KSA to Syrian border 78 miles?
Iran has no business in Arab affairs. That's it. Very simple.
Not everything is about Arabs..Iran is a regional power, she need room to stretch their legs and Syria and Iraq is her guarded territory. She more right to get involved in Syria than KSA or Qatar have.
Geneva 2: The dialogue of the deaf
By Sara Daniel
It was one of the most anticipated of the interventions
first day of the Geneva Peace Conference 2 , which opened in Montreux Wednesday, January 22. The speech of Foreign Minister Walid al-Moallem Syrian followed the introductory speech of the Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki-moon and the heads of the U.S. and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry . It comes, as expected, to inaugurate the dialogue of the deaf, which promises to be the international conference.
The conference provided a forum for chief of the Syrian diplomacy, which has not only cleared of any responsibility in
the killings that bloody Syria, but accused the countries present at Montreux, to be the executioners
It is unfortunate for me and for the Syrian people as representatives of States, sitting here in this, while they have Syrian blood on their hands, their respective countries exported terrorism, "he said.
Aiming in particular Saudi Arabia, Qatar and France: "They used their petrodollars to buy weapons, to use mercenaries, and flood international media with lies," continued Moallem.
What can we learn from this speech which exceeded 7 minutes allotted to all participants?
1The spectrum of regional contagion
First, Walid al-Moallem, in a messianic prophecy predicted that the Syrian conflict will result in its fall the entire region, including Turkey. This prophecy is intended to warn the Americans, who have already stopped supplying military equipment to the opposition and the regime of which it expects to make an additional pressure on its allies in the Gulf so they stop funding groups jihadists.
On the ground, the army of Bashar al-Assad was careful not to bombard bastions small groups linked to al-Qaeda, as the region of Rakka where fundamentalists are engaged in a war without merci that has already left hundreds dead in recent weeks. While
the fundamentalists took over Fallujah in Iraq and carried
attacks neighborhoods of Hezbollah in Beirut , Moallem raises the specter of fundamentalism, haunting Americans and the West. "The neighbor's house will not burn unless your house is burning," said the minister, warning neighboring countries of Syria.
2Syria will fight to the end
The minister warned the other hand that "
Syria , independent state will do everything in its power to continue to defend itself as it sees fit, regardless of the statements and positions of some countries. This is a Syrian decision. " This does not bode well for peace negotiations or even cease the fire should be limited unofficial goal of the conference in Montreux.
3Faced with opposition, the choice of provocation
Finally, the Syrian minister said all the evil he thought of the opposition - divided, together with Israel, "a traitor can not speak for the Syrian people."After this preamble,
the opposition, who came backwards in Switzerland, she still accept to participate in these discussions with representatives of the regime were to begin Friday in
Geneva ? Nothing is less certain. With this speech, it is very far in any case the beginnings of a rapprochement between the various parties to the establishment of a transitional government ...
