Saudi Arabia ends an almost decade-old $560 million aid program to Bosnia

Do you remember how thousands...hundreds of thousands greeted Sudais when he came to my City ? Do you remember how every single Saudi ambassador or official has been greeted very warmly by everyone in the Government & the Military of Pakistan ?

Why do you think ? Because KSA enjoys enormous goodwill in Pakistan ! If you're going to let a few of us Ultra-Nationalists to change your perception of what the average Pakistani thinks about KSA then we're succeeding but do visit Pakistan some day & walk amongst us to experience that goodwill for yourself.

Nah I would rather all Aid stop completely too. If even our Aid is being attacked and we are insulted for it. Stay away of even doubts is a common saying here I cherish. Do not bring doubts to yourself because they bring accusations.

Sure the government is doing its best in the home front but not nearly enough as it should.

I want the aid to stop as well but its not in Pakistan where you're attacked for the aid its the International Media where you're castigated for allegedly funding Mosques & Religious Seminaries all over the world & radicalizing Muslims therein !

When was the last time you heard a report coming out of Pakistan or a Pakistani official accusing KSA of supporting terrorism ?

Look who is talking? A representative of a failed and artificial country. Are you angry that we even "beat" you in that? Oh, I forgot USA controls all of KSA so obviously the Americans and the West are behind all of this. You know conspiracy theories and all. Make up your mind. I am not sure that Americans would look silently at the "supposed" sponsoring of terrorism coming from KSA into Iraq and Afghanistan which again results in thousands of American causalities. Quite amazing that one single Arab country can control the most powerful country in the world and it's foreign policy.

Anyway still angry that Arabs from modern-day KSA conquered you Persians 1400 years ago and completely submitted you in a matter of months and that you have been under our thumb since then and that the reverse never happened and never will happen?

Oh, I must have forgot that Iran is having their own competition regarding exactly that. Supporting Hezbollah in Lebanon, Shia militias in Iraq, Houthis in Yemen, the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan, Shia militias in Pakistan, Shia militias in Syria and the Syrian government etc.

Quite some achievement from a failed state. I will give you that.

In terms of efficiency even a private organisation like Gates and Melinda foundation can put KSA to shame. Reason, most of the KSA aid is used to build mosques, madrassahs useless cultural and quran schools and other infrastructure project where large amount of money is wasted and consumed in kickbacks or bribes.

That's just BS, the money was directed mainly to rebuild their infrastructure, health and education developments. Mosques were destroyed by Serbs and Saudies rebuilt them. As I am a witness of Saudi aids, they donated $1bn for building a residential city in Zarqa, and recently, they donated hundreds of millions to set up a train connects two major cities, highways, not to mention direct financial aids for the budget. Yet non of the many countries that received Saudi money is acting the way you are acting, it's just your culture.

Exactly. Bosnians were let down by the international society but KSA and other Arab countries did not forget them and helped them greatly. Today they are all grateful and have benefitted greatly from the support. There has even by a revival of Arabic language in Bosnia where it always was considered prestigious as in the rest of the Balkans. But not many could speak it.

King Abdullah's aid program is a different story, he believes with education all problems of the world can be solved, which is why I admire him greatly.

Not only is he trying to educate in country but all around the world as well.

I'm glad to hear that but its those seminaries along with the Iranian Cultural Centres in Iraq, Pakistan & in Afghanistan that created a sh*t storm for the people therein.

I'm glad that this is subsiding !
