Yemen has largely been frozen conflict for years and they wanted to do another libya creating a common government for STC, houthis and Islah but all that plan envisioned by the UN is delulu if you ask me and whenever STC and ISLAH pushed the houthis they collapsed and only did that 3 times in 2015 at beginning for short period the un called for political settlement yada yada then back to frozen until 2018 hoidayda offense where the houthis collapsed... and finally last week..
