Fortunately, not everyone wants to live like a sheep and be guided by governments on how to live their lives. Anyone advocating banning firearms from citizens of a nation is a moron. The only reason Indians with their numerical advantage have been shit scared to invade Pakistan is because they know our civilian population is armed to the teeth.

Cool. Maybe you should send that memo to Gen. Bajwa who can then go home along with his 600,000 troops and contribute to 'Naya Pakistan' by saving billions of dollars. And pity you failed to send Bhutto this nugget of wisdom and he might not have had to "eat grass to get atom bomb" because it would have been cheaper to give Ak-47s to the public as defence against India.

And Britain enjoyed more military power across the entire globe in late 1890s then any other nation on earth yet had nominal amount of guns within the British Isles. More guns does not equate to more power but more often more chaos. Somalia and Afghanistan are good examples. And they know how to use them.

From what I understand, you have lived your entire life in the UK, so I don't expect you to understand the ground realities of Pakistan. Your nuclear argument is weak because India had them before Pakistan did, so who was stopping them at that moment? I never undermined the role of the Pakistan Army, but even with the lowly estimated figures you produced, it is truly remarkable that the civilians of Pakistan are ready to defend their nation from any threat. It was the same farmers and rural people that fought during partition with their scythes, shovels, swords, and daggers for Pakistan, who today have pistols to automatics stashed away for a rainy day.

I was born in Pakistan, lived a good portion of my life in Pakistan, come from a prominent family in Pakistan and can speak Urdu. Where does that leave you gramps?
