What salary and benefits do each of the following countries give to military personals in the US, the UK, China , Russia, India and Pakistan?

I don't exact statistics but I guess Pakistan gives the least financial benefits to its soldiers and officers among these and still has more motivated and professional soldiers than the most and that's what counts in the end.

Time has changed now Jawans and officers are getting more salaries and benefits but still in comparison to other countries salaries are less but rest of the benefits like medical for full family and pension after retirement is comparable to rest of the world....Above all our soldiers and officers are very well respected and loved by the whole nation and this is the one thing people of Pakistan love to serve for the Nation.

It's hard to compare because of the ranks,all benefits soldiers get compared to other countries and above all the cost of life in the compared countries.

In France,a single soldier without children and without rank gets about €1,320 net each months. The salary depends on the situation of the soldier,if he is married or not,has kids or not...

Of course that doesn't include all bonus,benefits and financial advantages the soldiers get. They are also freely housed and fed in barracks. The more you are promoted,the more you'll get obviously.

On average,French soldiers are paid about ~€36.000 gross/year.

Above all our soldiers and officers are very well respected and loved by the whole nation and this is the one thing people of Pakistan love to serve for the Nation.

With respect I disagree. In highly integrated and unified countries like US, UK, Russia miitary are far more respected. This comes from history of wars fought by these countries where almost every family has member who has served/died in their natin's armies within living memory. I would include Turkey in this list also.

Does our military gets less benefits as compared to uk ?

Far less. The UK military is all volunteer force just like Pakistan and as such both have to pitch and compete in job market. To get recruits certain salary that competes with the civilian market has to be in place. Too less and you won't get enough recruits and too much you will struggle to afford the numbers needed. Since UK economy is far more prosperous and a young man get easily get a well paid job the army has to offer decent pay. Even flipping burghers at the local McDonalds will get you £12k a year.

It depends what you mean by "respected". The first respect the nation owes to its soldiers is first by housing them in decent barracks and giving decent/high benefits/pays and pensions because of the dangerous tasks they are given. The second respect for soldiers is to provide them modern and effective equipments to conduct their missions. The rest is only a plus.

benefits and salaries should be in proportion to economic growth and strength.we should not try to compare ourselves with countries like u.s ,uk,china when our economy is nothing infront of them.in these country avg income is much greater than ours so if we give more salary to army with no economic growth it will be disaster for our country and economy and debt on us will increase further.our ordinary public earns 200 rs per day which is much less than army salary
