Prosecution, testimonies are deliberately kept weak to save their men by police and other security forces. What really disappointing is PM clearly said that they will overhaul entire Punjab police system and major reforms will be introduced after this incident yet nothing happened. One shouldn't expect much things from this present govt... They are equally incompetent like their predecessors.

Gov removed the top counter terrorism police officials including AIG and SSP CTD from their posts, after JIT blamed them in its preliminary report. Latter Buzdar ordered the arrest of the CTD personnel involved in the alleged shootout in Sahiwal.

This is what Gov can do, they can't start giving judgments, it has to come from judiciary.

What we all have witnessed today is failure of Pakistan's judicial system, which is total dysfunctional. This is the same judicial system which aid and allow all the perks in jail to the leeches like Nawaz, Zardari and their goons. However, its very sad that nobody is talking about the elephant in the room "Pakistan judicial system". Past Govt of PML-N and PPP, who were playing musical chair in past 30 years are the culprits, who were never interested in strengthen Pakistan rotten, biased judicial system. In a nutshell, there is one "qanoon" for us and one for the elites and specials. The courts and the judicial system have once again betrayed justice.

That said, in spite of all this, I really hope that this PTI Govt at least implement Punjab Police reforms.

None of that happened.These CTD units hardly saw action,they reached their full potential when TTP and likes of it were already done.
