Obviously Russian... of course the RS-68 used on the Delta IV Heavy is their engine, Aerojet Rocketdyne doesn't even build engines!

Because the US has abandoned the liquid oxygen/kerosene rocket engine long time

No. Just no.

Merlin, used on Falcon 9 is an LOX system. The US currently manufactures a number of LOX fueled rockets.

The Russian rocket engines is cheaper.

And being replaced:yahoo:!

Are nearing completion. It should also be noted that RD-180 is only used on Atlas, not Delta or any other US rocket. They have their own engines, Atlas is being replaced by ULA's Vulcan which will use BE-4 or AR-1.

This EELV - a Delta 4 light uses an RS-68.
