Obviously Russian... of course the RS-68 used on the Delta IV Heavy is their engine, Aerojet Rocketdyne doesn't even build engines!

Merlin, used on Falcon 9 is an LOX system. The US currently manufactures a number of LOX fueled rockets.

Are nearing completion. It should also be noted that RD-180 is only used on Atlas, not Delta or any other US rocket. They have their own engines, Atlas is being replaced by ULA's Vulcan which will use BE-4 or AR-1.
