Of course, it`s not that Russia built 200 ships in 10 years, simply number of existing ships/subs in operation is many times more plus several dozen new ships/subs.

Used to see a similar arrangement in the Yankee Stretch class conversions.

Losharik is (was?) based at Deer Bay in the Kola Peninsula alongside a Delta III Stretch and an older Uniform class, which can be seen moored here, while Losharik is in one of the hangers.
