That's pretty good. That's some grueling stuff, but unless they didn't show more, that's not really a full trial to become something like a Spetnaz, is it? For example, Rangers and we'll keep the Navy Seals out of this since their quals involve a lot of underwater stuff, but Rangers and other types have to go through a lot more than what was on that video. If that was just for the red beret, then that's cool.
