You caught me in mid editing, I added clarification and that is what you captured, which made it make less sense, so I clarified more. English is my worst subject. My initial post was an easy read, I clarified, yet not enough, making it sound off. I was making fun of those that believe Soros rules the globe or the EU or America, making fun of those that say delays in rearming in inevitable, and a whole list of issues, each a snippet. Was not at you. I'll be adding more snippet replies here so you can skip over.

Ukraine can be victorious in its counteroffensive even without F-16 fighter jets, and their presence would not have a decisive influence on the situation on the battlefield, according to a recent article by The New York Times.
Aviation expert and leading researcher from Kyiv’s National Aviation University, Valery Romanenko, explained to NV Radio who is delaying the transfer of F-16 aircraft and ATACMS missiles to Ukraine and why.
NV: There is this idea that Ukraine can win without F-16s. It seems that they would not have a decisive influence on the battlefield. Is this just an excuse? Or an attempt to explain why everything is taking so long?
Romanenko: The devil is always in the details. It all depends on the quantity. If we got enough F-16s, then they would have an impact on the situation on the battlefield. If we had received four, six, twelve, even 24, then they would not affect the situation on the battlefield, but would still significantly reduce our losses — both military and civilian.
F-16s can be used both for air defense and in traditional engagements with enemy aircraft.
It is not at all clear to us how we can win without any aviation at all or without long-range weapons. This is just nonsense.

What is victory? The capture of enemy territory or the creation of a situation in which the enemy army has been destroyed so much that it cannot continue hostilities.

Romanenko: This is knowledge of standard procedures and typical NATO terminology for aviation. But all this can be learned. Our pilots have participated in joint exercises many times. It's not that difficult.
If they say that the F-16s will appear in the first quarter of next year, then this means that training will begin in September at the latest. Plus, last autumn we outlined the terms of training — six months. That is, if they start in September, then in early April, the planes may appear. If training begins at the end of the year, as is already being reported, then the planes will not appear until June or even July. That is the difference.
And all these exams... Eight pilots are ready to start their training already. Eight F-16 aircraft would have helped us to at least suppress enemy air defense. Eight aircraft are capable of carrying four HARMS anti-radar missiles, and are able to use them at 100%, that is, destroy enemy air defense systems, reducing the risk of our aircraft being shot down and saving the lives of our pilots. Also, by the way, clearing the way for our drones. To destroy enemy positions, headquarters, stockpiles, and other elements of control and logistics.
NV: U.S. President Joe Biden gave the green light to the start of training, but it turned out that separate permits for simulators, manuals, and documentation were still needed. Is it really such a bureaucratic process?
Romanenko: This must be covered in a general authorization. And all this could have been done 10 times already. This does not take three months. It was only necessary to agree on what equipment our pilots would be allowed to use as part of the aircraft.
In the F-16s, which finished modernizing in the 1990s, there is practically nothing secret today. And in my opinion, from a technical point of view, there are no contraindications for transferring these aircraft to us. This is all political. Jake Sullivan is managing when, what and how much to send to Ukraine. Is part of the reason why Ukraine was not given most of the needed equipment in 2022 when Ukraine was in a better position to defeat the Russians. Bottom Line: We see a flurry of activity in Ukraine, with a $735 million Black Sea commitment by Exxon, an unexpected 100 million barrel oil find in the Poltava region and new estimates that the country could achieve annual gas production of 45 billion cubic meters by 2020.
Analysis: First, Ukraine’s state-run oil and gas company Naftogaz on 11 July announced the discovery of an oil field in the eastern/central Poltava region that reportedly contains some 13 million tons of oil, or 100 million barrels of oil. This is the biggest oil find in Ukraine in a decade and a half. The Budishchansko-Chutovskoye oil field is fully owned by Naftogaz, and is the only field fully owned by the state-run company.
The news for Ukraine gets even better this week, though. Exxon Mobil Corp is ready to invest $735 million to drill two deep-water wells offshore Ukraine in the Black Sea ($335 million in a signing bonus for the government and a $400 million commitment for seismic surveys and drilling). This is an amazing show of confidence by Exxon in Ukraine’s Black Sea.
Finally, ExxonMobil has given Ukraine another public boost with a new estimate that the country’s onshore and offshore gas reserves could help it reach production of 45 billion cubic meters by 2020.

Ukraine could have almost replaced Russian energy imports to Europe by 2023. That was not the Russian mission/purpose for Ukraine. Ukraine was to be a puppet of Russia, not energy competitor. Moscow operates as the Anglo-Americans do, if something can rival it, Russia wants it destroyed. Ukraine could rival Russia in terms of gas exports to Europe, and therefore the incident in 2014 was staged by the Kremlin and cronies in the cia, mi6. Dependence on Russian gas was the project of Putin, not for a Russian pawn in Ukraine. These wars are banker wars for profit, for hegemony and for destroying rivals.
The annexation of Crimea took parts of the off shore natural gas fields from Ukraine. The war in Donbas took the rich and quality coal and shale gas from Ukraine. Had nothing to do with persecution of Russian minorities, it was economic and geopolitical. If these reserves were in Western Ukraine, you would expect the Russians to try to capture the whole of Ukraine, as Anglo-Americans give Ukraine little of what it needs to defend from a Russian invasion.
Russia is taking and defending the exact places where the quality coal is, where the shale gas is, where the natural gas is. Those are the areas Russia wants in a peace deal. To rob Ukraine of natural resources.
Poland is the other place of the very high quality coal in Europe. And Putin cronies are threatening to invade Poland, does Poland have Russian majority in the coal and shale areas of Poland, no. Russian cronies want Poland, nonetheless. This is about destroying Europe and Europe's independence, not about Putin propaganda of too many gays in Poland or Ukraine or the other nonsense Russian propaganda. Economic, geopolitical and hegemony. For occupation and resource stealing, to destroy and occupy rivals and foes, not about gay nazis.
Anglo-Americans are going to survive this war, they are well prepared. Whether Europe would is in doubt, Europe must rearm because what good are Polish shale and coal reserves if Russia occupies them. What good are Ukrainian natural gas reserves in Russian hands, only something to blackmail about. Europe must have the weapons for Europe and Ukraine. Europe must be independent economically and with energy, said this last year.
If Trump returns in 2025 and Putin attacks Europe, Trump would blame Biden/Europe for the loss of Ukraine (and maybe have political surrogates go 100% tinfoil hat and blame Soros for Ukraine loss) and minimally help Europe if that.
