Well, Russia dont need them to win against NATO in Ukraine. That is why they stand around there.

Now you are a military genius bigger than Russians: so Russians need no air assets in 200km distance of battle lines. Do you think they are putting helicopters at these bases for air shows? They have them there so they can react in a timely manner to Ukraine attacks. If you put them out of range of ATACMS they are useless to offer any help given the transit time involved and the re-fueling inolved closer to battle lines.

Estimated 5 percent of NATO military spendings are spent it’s much like more costly version of Afghanistan. Russia is a very poor version of USSR. Economic wise same weight about the Dutch.

Germany alone can easiliy out produce russian capacity by wide margins with thoussands of tanks, planes, submarines, warships, and more. the unemployment is high here the people are desperate they need jobs.

Outside of 155mm ammo , the US really hasn’t given that much. According to Doug Bush, the Army Secretary of Acquisition, even Javelin and Stinger stockpiles are in a “pretty good place.”
