wait hold up on your propaganda- If NATO wasnt toothless then how come its combined military power of over 30 nations PLUS Ukraine's military power too, fighting in a small piece- 12-15%, of Ukraine, against a fraction of the Russian armed ground forces and NATO still hasn't won the war already? And NATO countries are instead out of missiles and ammunition and need years to replenish those stocks(hence why clusteer ammunitions are the only shells US can give Ukraine)????? The counter offensive have failed , they are sending Ukrainians to their death , the way they abducting people for forced conscription shows they have lack of man power , usa want to prolong it for as long as possible to inflict maximum damage on Russia .

Also a fraction of russian army? Russia army is emptying its reserves and pulling troops from finland/china borders now. It is committed way more then you make it appear.
Also nonsence. Usa has a doctrine it needs to be able to fight two wars at once against near peers. It is holding on to massive stocks that it does not want to use for this conflict.
Having millions of cluster munitions laying around is very handy in that light.
The russian cannon fodder are going to feel how toothless Nato is by being shredded by them.

500 days into Russia's 3 days special military operation it's no wonder Russians and their 2 rubles/post supporters are coming with the narrative "Russia's fighting against NATO", I say it and will repeat it more than 100 times, had NATO joined the conflict Russia would simply get pulverized and Medvedev threatening of a "nuclear armageddon" every hours since years will not change anything. Russians are literally losing to a country armed with our surplus and no modern air force. (mig and sukhoi trash do not count)

Reminder: Russia is fighting the whole collective West and still winning
Since everything else failed, they're resorting to cluster munitions. For the sake of the innocent Ukrainian civilians stuck in a war instigated by the Clown of Kiev, I really hope Russia doesn't also use them.....BUT I have a feeling Russia will now up the pressure.
