Russia-Ukraine War - News and Developments PART 2

. . .
but still its losses

The thing is Russia's spamming us with the narrative of a "failed offensive" by posting the same footage again again and again, from different angles, from above, from the right, from the left, from the top, from the bottom a month later.

There's another footage of this incident where the Ukrainian soldiers are disembarking from the vehicles unharmed. Those mraps served their purpose and protected their crew while the Russians are playing the turret toss and "who can fly higher" game with their soviet era trash.

but fact still remains they have not yet probed a weak spot in the Russian defences which would allow them to conduct a full armoured thrust into Russian territory

the Challengers and M1 Abram tanks are still held in reserve and only the Leopard 2A6 which is the best tank Ukraine has is being used to probe Russian positions

UK + US very cleverly fooled the Germans into agreeing to do this so their tanks dont suffer the PR humiliation the Germans are getting

Abrams won’t arrive until fall, and Ukraine retains the vast majority of its offensive capability. It seems Ukrainian strategy at the moment is to attrit Russian artillery and create weak points in Russian lines.

Ukraine still has a ton of combat power.

I can go one better....

If you have to copy some 80s tech, and think that's gold.....Then there are something more serious than trying to copy a Javelin that you should be caring about....
It's like copying Northrop F-5 and thinking it's a great achievement....oh wait, they actually did that.

There's a reason why nations don't copy extremely old tech, it's because not only will the copies be inferior, the tech itself will not be able to compete with modern equivalents (even if the old tech is modernized). It'd be like trying to compete a copycat musket against an OEM FN-SCAR.

First of all, Russia already uses cluster munitions.
lol, proof or shut up?
Second, Russia keeps saying "escalation" everytime the US transfers a basic *** system,
Ok- can you confirm what is "basic" about HIMARS, Patriot systems and depleted Uranium shells? Just asking to test your theory that US transfers "basic azz systems" to Ukraine.with some examples.

.
500 days have passed since the 3-day-special military operation began.
Russia military potential has been reduced by half.
Ukraine now has more tanks than Russia: 1,500 tanks vs 1,400 tanks. Ukraine will receive additional 300 tanks till year end. Russia lost 2,500 tanks. That’s bitter. Russia military machines can produce 200 tanks maximum per year.
Russia can’t win this war of attrition.

.
First, this has nothing to do with the Ukraine-Russia conflict

Second, BRICS bank has already said that a planned currency is still many years away. Don't get too excited because even if this ends up being a reality, it won't replace the dollar.

This is the result of the Russia - Ukraine conflict. Are you slow or were you dropped on your head when you were a kid? Try to understand 2+2=4. Gosh, stop wasting people's time with your gibberish comments.

Or here's an interesting thought..
tbat US never follow either, but lets hear it.
Russia could you know, like leave Ukraine tomorrow,
and US could've left Afghanistan within 1 or 2 years after attacking Al-Qaeda and Taliban in response to the 9/11 attacks, and yet US stayed another 20+ years and lost the war.
and the war would almost immediately end.
US never follows this advice, so stop being a hypocrite.
I know. I know. That's just too simple right?
if it was that simple why did the US military never do it this (withdrawl) quickly in Afghanistan, Iraq or Syria?

.
True face of NATO. Can't keep to written and signed agreements. Precisely why we are in this mess.

Nothing compared to this:

The memoranda, signed in Patria Hall at the Budapest Convention Center with US Ambassador Donald M. Blinken amongst others in attendance,[3] prohibited the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States from threatening or using military force or economic coercion against Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan
