You are not making any sense. US, Germany, and France are asking other countries not to trade with Russia. Some of these countries, such as Iran, have been sanctioned and undermined by the West. So if it is not desperation, how else can you explain?

Defensive Line CANNOT MOVE. There are no such thing as "Mobile Defence Line" You can have mobile defence, or defence line, you cannot have both. And judging from what he said he probably wouldn't even understand the concept of mobile defence, so I am guessing what he was saying is Russia have multiple defensive line for their military to fall back to.

But then you can't trap the enemy with different static defensive line........

So basically, what the tweet said does not make any sense at all.
