Yes, but mostly the Pak-Fa and the lease of another submarine of the same category that is being negotiated..Russian experts say that the visit by US Navy personnel to the Sub won't reveal any secrets, but the act is against the lease clauses..

Can't confirm the authenticity of this source as the OP says Russians "suspect" but IN or IAF should no way allow US personnel to inspect our Russian inventory. There was a report of how a CIA spy got to know of the capabilities of T-72s by inspecting Indian tanks and inviting them on-board something as complex & strategic as a nuke sub is the dumbest move ever if true. That would not just reveal our capabilities but also put Indo-Russian ties in jeopardy
