Are you serious?

1. Hazing in the army is non-existent today

2. skinheads(?!?) - you read too much western press, most Russians now days have multiethnic heritage (marrying between various ethnic and religious groups is the most normal thing), rise of street far-right gangs was connected with social collapse in early 90`s but today is almost non-existent

3. food shortages - Russia has plenty of food, one of the biggest global agriculture exporter

4. I`m not sure lifestyle of northern nations can be called "hectic"
