- Russia does not pay for anything it buys from Iran.
- Iran paid russia in full for hardware, russia dragged its feet, and eventually canceled the deal, kept the money, Iran has to litigate to redeem its loss.
- Iran paid for 50 brand new SU50s, RF dragged its feet, then dropped off two old worn-out "egg" Yoke130 junkers that russia was about to scrap, but gave them to Iran for those SUs.

This system would be extremely hard to detect by Ukraine as it also uses terrain mapping to fly very low.

Russia would have successful strikes with less CM attempts. Even if the missile cost $100K (4 times shaheed) it would be worth it if interception rate drops to very low odds.

Just look at success UK storm shadows have had and they have a similar RCS to Mobin.

How is that a "win" for Iran?

Getting more isolated, sanctioned, and threatened more is a "win" situation to you?
If Iran had helped Ukraine not russia, she would have gotten sanction relief without sacrificing nuclear, drone, and missile programs.

This would have been such a golden opportunity for Iran to help isolate russia(like russia did to Iran for a few decades until itself got sanctioned) and seriously damage their invasion. Let's assure that russia would have done just that to Iran if the situation were reversed.

No matter what Iran does for russia, you know this for sure that russia will always side with Iran's enemy, because a strong Iran is not in the interest of russia in middle east, it will be an obstacle to their domination in that part of the world once US has been ejected,
