It's indeed funny to see a country like Russia lecturing us about international standards in election/referendum. Loool
Why don't they give Chechnyans the right to vote for independence and let's see what happens. Lol I'm sure even if Russia was to right the elections the yes to independence will still win, giving the large majority of Chechnyans want their independence from Moscow. So there will be and overwhelming YES. reason why the Russians will never ever allow such a referendum.

Russians living under Putin's democracy are in a shell shock after the Scots decided to say no. They're not used to this sort of democracy and don't know what to make of it.

Its laughable that the post about Russia being the most educated country exists, I have never met more stupid people than Russians and the ones on this forum are no different, completely blinded by nationalism and idolisation of one man, its the type of shit you expected in 19th century Europe, which ironically is what most of Russia looks like.

Corrupt, disingenuous people hiding behind its anti western façade that it portrays to all the weaker nations so that they think its fighting the great evil (usa) when they are the same, big wealth inequality, lots of billionaires, big prison populations, high murder rates, mafias, corruption, lots of racists etc. Russia is not the good guy most of the anti western people think, Russia is the twin of the USA that was given up for adoption to a poor family on the other side of town.
