We need a new organisation that excludes US from it. This so called united nation is nothing more that a forum for these western powers to bend rule of law to their benefit.

We need a United Nations where Russia and China are in the place of the Allied Western powers are today. That post World War paradigm is coming to an end. Someone else needs to take over. China is the prime candidate. Maybe not now, but in ten years. it is, however, inevitable.

The "Free World' will be led by China and Russia in the future. America is becoming a Corporate Kleptocracy ie a Dysfunctional Fascist state. The 21st Century will be a mirror image of the 20th Century.
What is meant by the term "free world"?

Off the topic a bit i wish they could have done the same for Iraq :(

And even for Libya.

Allowing NATO-led action on Libya at the UNSC was a strategic mistake. During voting, China and Russia both abstained.

If Libya was spared, we would not have Syria crisis today, maybe.

Nonetheless, a welcome action. This is the third time that China and Russia bloc West-led Resolutions on Syria.

It was only for helicopters (not tanks, jets, missiles, guns, etc)

We all know the reason why but the posters above are conveniently ignoring it:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Syrian_Civil_War_barrel_bomb_attacks

"A barrel bomb is a type of improvised explosive device used extensively by the Syrian Air Force during the Syrian civil war. They are typically made from a barrel that has been filled with High Explosives, along with shrapnel and/or oil. In Syria they are typically dropped from a helicopter

Due to the large amount of explosives that can be packed into a barrel the resulting detonation can be devastating.[2][3] The Syrian military often dropped these bombs in civilian areas leading to multiple civilian deaths."
