Ye it does have digital quadruple FBW, FADEC. It don't fly over enemy territory, only use stand off missiles, so it don't risk getting shot down over enemy territory.

Jets support ground grunts. Of course, only ground grunts can take ground. Jets take out power plants, ammo depots, command centers, bridges, munitions factories, training camps, hospitals, airbases, shipyards. Like I said, jets support ground grunts.
