What's new

Russia army's Su-34 bombers use Kh-35U stand off missiles to attack anti Assad army in Syria

Saudi Arabia and Uae gave MANPADS to HTS terrorists to destroy Fighter Jets and Helicopters

If mechanical failure plane can crash over enemy territory and pilot captured and executed. So they use stand off missiles and shoot from Latakia airspace. That way the pilot won't be captured and executed if plane crashes.
That shouldn't be the case here, my guess is to gain more experience on that missile with firing(for pilot) and probably the missile was at end of its shelf life

True. But against stand off missiles it don't work unless they can bomb the Jableh base.

GPS ALSO HAVE A GLOBAL COVERAGE AND FIRST SATELLITE NAVIGATION SYSTEM OF THE WORLD AND YOU DIDN'T GIVE THE ANSWER FOR MY QUESTION WHY RUSSIAN USE GLONASS INSTEAD OF GPS, I ASSUME THAT RUSSIAN DOESN'T HAVE THE TRUST ON GLONASS @undertakerwwefan

They use GLONASS GPS.

The missile is new. 2015. Just take off, shoot, land. Don't even leave airbase.

seriously? how do you know the missile's production date? How logical to send a million dollar missile which only carries a couple hundred kg warhead to target, is Russia rich? i doubt it.

Kh-35U entered service in 2015. Each missile adds a million USD to Russia economy. Good for Russia economy.
