It sepends on the type of engine and fuel. The ones which use TU-5 engine (French), have a consumption of about 6.9-7.1 liters per 100 km and only use petrol. If it uses EF-7 engine (Iranian), consumption would be a little more for petrol, about 7.3-7.7. But EF-7 is designed mainly to run on CNG rather than petrol and has much better power and consumption in CNG mode compared to TU-5. There are reports of EF-4 being developed which would have less power and fuel consumption than TU-5.
