Chinese currently in process to produce jet engines but production capacity is not up to the mark. WS10 is 300+ produce by china and it is 4th Gen engine with Maximum thrust: 120–140 kilonewtons

Perhaps but when we talk about items like these Pakistan isnt going to offer them on its own, there is a joint venture and China is also part of such projects.
