Mr. Bhushan can say anything he feels like and has a right to free speech and liberty.

Similarly people who felt grieved by Mr. Bhushan statements have every right to drag this 'secular guy' to court.

Those who will blacken his face and throw shoes at him, should also be taken to court

I hope Indian courts acquit both Kamalesh Tiwari and Prashant Bhushan on the basis of freedom of speech. This would set the precedent for greater debate on the philosophies of various cultures and religions in India.

From what I saw of Mr. Hussain's 'art work' it was more of a derogatory depiction of Hindu religious symbols. I wonder if he had the same courage of liberalism to do the same for his own religion.

That was not at all liberal or progressive sir. Intentionally hurting a passive majority and then calling it liberal art doesn't make it one. It is still a wrong deed.

I was quite astounded at the audacity with which MFH had done his paintings. It was the civility of Hindus to have approached the courts rather than lynch him or something worse.

Isnt the topic about one of India's citizens pointing out that the Hindutva romeo squads is a sign of unreasonable hindutva fanaticism when your krishna would also have fallen foul of these squads?

Firstly I 'd suggest you read the scriptures you speak of, and use as examples and fact. I however don't wish to play this game of religious fact checking. Moving on.
Secondly even if the debate is about these religious facts- it does not warrant insults, that hurt other people's feelings. That is of course my view and I think it keeps to the rules of this forum.
Thirdly - since you are interested in Indian politics- the person making this comment is Prashant Bhushan, Aam Aadmi Party member, and this is in fact a lowly political squabble and limelight grabbing. Nothing more and nothing less.
If only everybody else here realized this.

BTW- The Romeo Squads are in no form or shape related to Hindutva. Although Prashant Bhushan has some how managed to connect the dots. Good for him.
