And do share us the links where the India for producing T7A Red Hawk parts

SKI JUMP CARRIER ARE NOT NEEDED TO HAVE CATAPULT WHICH NLCA HAVE A STANDARD LANDING GEAR BUT IF YOU WANT NLCA ON CATAPULT CARRIERS YOU NEED TO STRENGTHEN ITS LANDING GEARS AND FRONT FUSELAGE FURTHER BECAUSE EXTRA STRESS ON LANDING GEARS AND ON FRONT FUSELAGE

I ALREADY TOLD YOU DO RESEARCH BEFORE YOU TROLL HERE BASELESSLY
Shut the fcuk the up they are and were producing their all military hardware parts since 50s only India came here recently which is starting to licking a bot of USA
Its for reducing overall cost of the project
And do share us the links where the India for producing T7A Red Hawk parts

Shut the fcuk up and gives us a backup for your stupid claims

This
Americans will use EMALS carriers not Steam Catapult that transfers huge amount of energy to the fuselage and landing gears of the aircraft. And replacing the landing gears with more powerful ones won’t be difficult.
Which bit is indigenous

Engine?
Weapons
Airframe Design?

Just what the hell is indegenous...younindian don't even know what indegenous means.

No western country has an indegenous weapons platform. All work in collaboration but Indian....you poop in the opne and talk shyte all day
It sairframe in indigenous designed and made, its weapons in future will become 100% indigenous as Astra is integrated on LCA and will be tested in March along with Astra IR, Astra MK2 and Astra MK3.

After a JV is setup a new engine will be developed in India which will be used in future aircrafts of IAF. And indigenisation takes time, Earlier BrahMos used to have majority Russian components now its majority Indian components.

C-130 Super Hercules’s majority of the parts are made in Hyderabad (more than 80%) and are then supplied to Lockheed Martin in USA for assembly of the aircraft does it mean that USA can’t make those parts? Similarly the Fuselages of AH-64E Apache helicopters is made in Hyderabad and then supplied to USA does that mean they can’t make it? Except the service rifle of US Armed forces most of the small arms USA uses are foreign does that mean that USA can’t make decent small arms by themselves? The Gun bay doors of F/A-18E Super Hornet are made by HAL in Bangalore. Sometimes it all comes to cost and time. Americans in past have purchased many aircrafts from foreign vendors and for T-X program USA Shortlisted India’s Private defence firm, Dynamatic has been awarded a contract for the delivery of tools for the Static and Fatigue Testing of the control surfaces of the Boeing-Saab T-7A Red Hawk Program, does that mean USA can’t make it? Its all about cost and time and every country does that and thats called tendering and selecting.

These are basic parts US companies get Indian companies to do more cheaply. What is your point?
It is our indigenous effort, you don’t have one so it is useless comparing Tejas with JF-17.

Indigenous?

Engine? Radar? EW ? Gun?

Please don't make us laugh.

It is first variant, you call JF-17 a Pak-China joint venture then can you tell me what exactly is Pakistani in JF-17? The specific contents who’s country of origin is Pakistan not some figures of 58% inside pakistan etc or components license manufactured but components exclusively made in Pakistan. Even the Engine and guns are non—sino-pakistani.

Well Tejas’s 3 axis fly-by-wire in Indigenously developed, its mission computer is Indigenous, its Composite materials are India, its design is Indian, OBOGS is Indian etc etc and indigenous radar will be fitted and indigenous EW system will be fitted in LCA MK1A.

Major difference is this. Pakistan has never claimed JF-17 is indigenous, in fact the very name "Joint" points to it not being 100% homegrown. LCA cannot fly the moment US stops engine spare parts. That is not an indigenous plane.

Tell me if you can fully understand that concept or I need to explain it again slowly and with crayons.

JF-17 cannot fly if Russia stops engine spares and thats it, HAL Locally manufactures the F404 spare parts under agreement signed with GE so spares aren’t an issue.

Firstly Pak will soon have choice of two engines. Secondly HAL does not license produce every GE spare, you are delibertaly misleading. It is obvious that the moment the West wants, LCA will stop flying.

Your 2nd engine will still be chinese and yes we have licenses to produce majority of spares of the engine. And we are setting up a JV for a new engine development which will power AMCA and other aircrafts so in future it has no issues.

And one cannot use a Chinese engine on an aircraft designed over Russian engines, for a Fhinese engine equipped JF-17, the aircraft would have to be redesigned and retested and then manufactured.

You do not licence produce GE engines. You are lying.

Yes, your Kaveri engine will arrive in the "future" I am sure. It has been "arriving" for past 20 years now

Kaveri is for Ghatak, and I never said HAL manufactures those engines, HAL manufactures the engine parts in-house and rest are manufactured by GE-TATA JV in Hyderabad.

What you deliberately implied was that India can maintain US engines without US support. Everyone knows this to be incorrect.

Basically LCA is an western plane in an Indian airframe.

Only USA, Britain, Russia and France have capability to produce Jet Engines whereas China is currently struggling to produce one. Monopoly is held by American firms so basically any country’s indigenous aircraft program needs engines procured from the above countries hence they will obviously be dependent on them.

Exactly, so please stop this "indigenous" nonsense than.

Chinese are almost there with WS-10 now from latest images of J-20 and J-10.

Indian has basically given up on any fighter engine development. You do not even have an engine flying on prototype form.

Thats the reason we are planning a JV and many countries are willing to invest to make a new jet engine that will be a beginning of Indian Jet engine industry. The new engine will be a 110 KN class engine with India having exclusive IPR.
