No, it encourages false rape cases , which is already very high in the capital (78% of the cases ) and if the case is proved false money cannot be retrieved from the woman . Women are human beings just like anyone else, they are bound to brutally take advantage of the system .. Just like the Dowry laws were taken advantage of to such a level the home minister himself noticed it and SC had to amend the laws ..Nothing new about it ...

The famous U.P rape cases ended up the conclusion that the victims committed suicide . Imagine what the 5 people accused of Rape had to go through ?
