The innovations in batting and restrictions in fielding are major the reasons for high score in recent times.. also.. now a days there aren't much furious bowlers like Imran, Holding, marshal, lilee, Jeff thomson, roberts, lee, Akthar (early in career), Waqar and great Wasim...

That is the statistics...

I cant see a conspiracy in it..... But there can be a coincidence....... I dono if you remember this, before sachin made his 200, the highest score in ODI was in the name of Saeed Anwar... Incidentally his innings was also in India.......
