The term "Bangali" nationalism for all people of Bangladesh was coined by BAL and its leader Hasina Bibi. She says everybody here is only a Bengali. Some years ago she was talking about the CTG issue. Unable to clearly differentiate between Chakma/Marma and Bangali, she said about Upojati and O-Upojati as if the Chakma/Marma are the mainstream group of people.

Her Bengali item is also political I believe. As Khaleda use Bangladeshi so she use Bengali. Same like her Pakistani shadow/ghost even after 48 years. Banganadhu sheikh Mujibur Rahman used to do it because that time Bengali people were part of Pakistan . And although majority but others were also huge in number in Pakistan and he was speaking for the right of Bengali people.

Now after independenc almost all of us are Bangla speaking people, so Hasina should have changed her style and be more consistent and smart! But sometimes she failed to do it.
