Haseena is playing smart on both side, on one side she is buying defense equipment from China on other hand she is signing defence treaty with bharatis so they take it lightly.

We Pakistanis may desire and want Bangladesh in Pro China camp but geographical facts will not allow this. Haseena know Bangladesh is surrounded by all sides from bharat and if BD resist, bharat can create lots of problems.

Thats why we never see Bangladesh being hostile toward Bharat in all its history.

security. You buy weapons you become financially dependent on them for several decades. Don't be under any misconceptions, they will have a say in sorts of BD affairs for long. I don't think BD had a choice in terms of the seller since the chinese are the cheapest. But there is obviously a price you'll be paying.
