@WebMaster @Horus
Please look into the following case.
@Shamain has only said :
Who cares. And then she continued on saying: "
If he hadn't killed himself by now he might have been raping or killing some Kashmiri innocent."
This post has been rated negatively for what? For saying someone does not care? Or talking about a hypothetical scenario, which is not that hypothetic anyway, of what the soldier could have done had he had remain alive? Either way, there is no death celebration for in the first case,
someone refused to care and in the later, talking about what the soldier could have done
if he was alive.
From the above mentioned statement, how the TT and the honorable Justice saheb concluded that the death of a human was celebrated. How the death is celebrated? it is celebrated by saying "
Rot in hell", or "
khas kam jahan paak", or "
Good riddance" etc. Not by what the poster has posted. Please note that the poster is from Kashmir and she might have relatives and loved one who have suffered in the hands of barbaric occupation Bharati troops. Her sentiments could be very genuine.
I strongly appeal the management to look into this matter and if possible reverse this totally unjustified negative rating.
I'll also request the admin to come up with a very clear regulation on what actually describes the 'celebration of death' and exactly whose death should not be celebrated. Everyone in uniform is entitled to be mourned upon his death?
Why Japanese and German soldiers were tried for war crimes and ridiculed to this day? Were they not uniformed soldiers? Why Serb generals and soldiers were apprehended for their crimes against humanity? Were they not uniformed soldiers? Why Americans involved in heinous crimes such a
My Lai Massacre were disagusted not only by the world but by the American people too? Were they not uniformed soldiers?
A soldier defending and protecting his homeland is totally different than a soldier part of an invasion or occupation force. Whereas the soldier defending his homeland against aggression and oppression is an honorable person, the one part of a force involved in killing and raping innocents in an invaded or occupied land is a barbarian in uniform hence commands zero respect both when alive and after death.
I'll highly appreciate the management to consider my appeal.
Thanks and regards,
Ali
