Revealed: The biggest cause of early death is not smoking or alcohol

. .
eat whole fruits everyday.. compulsory brisk walk and sleep atleast 8 hours a day... its enough.

.
According to a research published in The Independent, unhealthy eating has been named as the most common cause of premature death around the globe.

A poor diet – which involves eating too few vegetables, fruits, nuts and grains and too much red meat, salt and sugar – was shown to be a bigger killer than smoking and alcohol.

i reject this report... the report will be somewhere connected to the capitalism-driven billion-dollar ugly "health and wellness" industry and somewhere connected to the tobacco and alcohol industry.

but i know why you posted this report... you want those shisha bars to reopen... the ones where you admired young females, possibly thin ( :D ), making smoke rings... hai na, bolo bolo?? :azn:

but we must look at the lack of common sense in this report... in those parts of the world where red meat is eaten, the people are more healthier and more contributing to society than a place like mostly-vegetables india where also nuts are costly... some months ago, a article by aakar patel in the indian newspaper 'deccan chronicle' said that 500,000 children under the age of five die in india every year because of malnutrition.

and we must look at the decade-old capitalist worldwide propaganda against eggs that was compounded in india by the reactionary beliefs of the sangh parivar despite the malnutrition here... however, eggs are making a comeback in the suggestions of the medical profession[1] :
The association between eggs, cholesterol and fear of heart disease goes back to over three decades. Countless number of people across the globe have either given up on their favorite breakfast food or made peace with the whites.

The good news, however, is that eggs can be part of your diet. The fact is that cholesterol management is more complex and dietary cholesterol perhaps is not the culprit. Evaluating eggs, a nutrient dense food, solely on the basis of its cholesterol content is misplaced.
Several studies have shown that regular egg consumption induces little or modest changes in blood cholesterol both in people with normal cholesterol and those with higher levels. Britain’s Food Standards Agency says there is no limit to eating eggs if they are part of a balanced diet.
Cholesterol actually acts as an antioxidant against dangerous free radicals within the blood and is also necessary for the production of certain hormones that help to fight against heart disease. Eggs are in fact an inexpensive nutrient-dense food rich in essential amino acids, essential fatty acids and are an important source of essential nutrients including iron, riboflavin, folate, choline, and vitamins A, B12, D, and E. Most of these nutrients are present in the yolk. - See more at: Diet diary: The rise, fall and rise of eggs | The Indian Express
Our body makes cholesterol in the liver on a daily basis to maintain our health. When dietary intake of cholesterol is decreased, the liver compensates by producing more cholesterol, leaving total cholesterol levels relatively unchanged. In the same way, if cholesterol consumption is increased, the liver produces less cholesterol, and again, total cholesterol values will not be substantially altered. With faulty diets and increased dietary intake of sugars, unhealthy fats, trans fats, processed foods or toxic ingredients, cholesterol levels rise in order to combat these substances. - See more at: Diet diary: The rise, fall and rise of eggs | The Indian Express
Several studies have found no significant correlation between eggs and heart diseases. As part of a healthy diet, egg cholesterol seems to have little impact on blood cholesterol levels. So the answer to decreasing blood cholesterol levels is not avoiding eggs and not necessarily decreasing dietary cholesterol intake, but rather improving ones diet and lifestyle overall by eating healthier in general, avoiding other harmful foods and engaging in regular physical activity. Before you start binging, remember, even a good thing in excess can be counter-productive and balance and variety are the key to healthy eating.

so i am not saying we must have six eggs a day... though hollywood actors when bulking up for a role may have many eggs a day ( i had read of dwayne johnson eating 17 ), they don't do that once the film shoot finishes... two eggs a day is good... i gained weight by eating two egg parathas every day, made at a dhaba and brought to the work-place i was in until mid-2014... so egg is good.

i can make a similar argument for red meat... however, the future of meat-eating is in artificial meat and i have posted articles about this a few times on pdf... likewise for artificial egg and milk and honey... this will solve so many questions.

as for fruits, cornflakes along with full-fat milk, banana, apple and sugar are a good nutritional food.

Lol
I might die of eating chocolates.
