Retired Air Force general stands by theory Malaysian Airlines flight could have landed in Pakistan

Retired Air Force General Thomas McInerney isn’t backing away from his thriller novel-like suggestion that the missing Malaysian Airlines flight could have very well landed in Pakistan — and he says his theory is based on more than mere conjecture.

This guy is almost 80 years old and retired 20 years ago.
He is both out of the loop...and in his own "loop".

Not to forget that fuel consumption is many times more and ground speed much less when flying at low altitude so that even with a full tank this aircraft would not have ever made it to Pakistan. The general is a FOOL.

but there no airports or runway there, & the terrain is mountainous so where & how will the plane land ?
