true, but what he did was out of his jurisdiction, it was wrong, it was unconstitutional and it has created so many problems, not only that but he created problems for Army, dont you remember towards the end of his time it was considered bad for a soldiers to be going out in the uniform. Yet he is still creating problems for the Army, he was told not to come yet he came anyway because he is selfish, he doesnt care for that institution but only for himself.
