She is not a very credible source. Allah Nazar has a cat's life. Each time it has been claimed that he has been taken out, he has sprung surprises. I am not optimistic about this time either.

Reports of Allah Nazar's death in Kandahar come from some random Pakistani accounts. No Pakistani media has confirmed this report as far I know. Also, last I checked, BLF & Allah Nazar were based in Iran, not Afghanistan. It is BLA and its leadership which are based in AFG.
