Report: Chinese Navy Warship Rammed Two Vietnamese Fishing Vessels

Can’t you read? I said it clearly in the post you’ve quoted that Viet Nam is my country.

By the way, why do you also have an Egyptian flag? Are you trying to tell people that you are an Egyptian living in the Philippines or a Filipino living in Egypt?
No, I'm a pure Filipino living in the Philippines, i'm a Filipino that wants to visit Egypt someday.
What are you Vietnamese, Japanese, American, Indian or Turk, display your flag.

Lol you embarass your self mate, you are living in a global age, follow the international law or live like north korea hermit....
It's China's law baby, no one cares about tiny countries. Are you a guy?

.
Yes we sink their boat, but after we arrested them not when they were inside the boat, does those territories already ratified with all parties and international law?
At least we only ram their boat as warning and they get to escape and return home. Arresting them does nothing because you still have to house and feed them. Waste of time.

It was common knowledge to exercise sovereign rights for islands you control which is also international law. Our fishermen also got arrest by the Filipino in their control islands. Don't think for a second we will not respond with force to protect our territorial rights. As I said, think of us like an alpha lion. We are instinctively very territorial.

LOL, you really cant read or something? I said it again in my previous post. Viet Nam is my country.

I am 120% Vietnamese, but currently I am staying in a different country, and soon I want to visit Japan someday. And Egypt too.

I think its kind of like those infamous Chinese tourists who misbehave in foreign countries. The peasant attitude and behavior is like they still belong to the countryside. Soon they will learn how to behave according to international standards.

People say a lot of PLA recruits are peasants from the countryside, so I guess this is why their Navy/law enforcements behave in this kind of peasant manner.

Yes I know now, yup I want to visit Egypt too.

The forum clearly said the flags are either your location or nationality, not where you want to visit lol. Like what I said, you have put on a false flag to cheer on your Chinese bravado threads.

.
Lol, you are 100% chinese hahaha.......
I sm not a hipocrite, yes we sunk offender on our eez, but after we arrested and trial them, the court decide to sunk their ship, not ramming the ship when the crew still inside the boat,
Now can you give a hard evidence that those are china teritories not disputed area??!!!
Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm southeast asian, Filipino to be exact, aren't you a japanese. It's really funny that you keep on yapping about my identity yet your too chicken to display your flag. Why are you ashamed of your nationality?

Yes, a very responsible behavior to crush troublemakers.

And your blowing ships of the same offenders on your country's eez, what a hypocrite.

Exactly, our Vietnamese fishermen are peasants, so they break international, get arrested, put on trial, get their equipments destroyed so they will learn about international law. On the other hand, China’s Navy act like peasant fishermen and break international law (law enforcement can’t ram civilian vessels).

From the map we can see that China effectively control whole Paracel islands, and although some party claim the right to exploit the area, China clearly in the upper hand right now, until someone (countries or International body) can force them to back off and relax their authority over this islands.

On the other hand, in Spratly, every party have their share of control over the islands, maybe you guys can work out some peaceful solution together to join exploit the area. Discuss fishing quota implementation for every party there, make some join patrol together, ect. Forceful unilaterally act in this particular area will only make thing worse.

Cooperation and understanding is the key word, avoid conflict not creating them

navy isn't law enforcement. they are authorized to do anything it takes to maintain the safety of their ship.

Is this the kind of behavior that future no.1 country on earth be like??!!
So much for thousand of year of history wasted, acting bully to small state. No wonder no body respect china, only fear.....

Oh I was already fixing that, so many calling me fake filipinos, too bad not all filipinos are stupid to not see the potential of China being the leading power. Now go to the pdf headquarters and request for your vietnamese flag, are you ashamed of being a citizen of an agricultural country like Vietnam.

Indeed, keeping peace and stability should be the main interest for any ASEAN nations. And although not particularly popular idea for any claimant state in SCS, Indonesia had proposed a while back to conduct ASEAN-China joint patrol in the contested region in SCS.

This activity, while sounds quite irritating for many, can actually provide some degree of cooperation and understanding between any contesting party involved in SCS conflict. Thus will open up new possibilities for reducing tension and solving any issue that might arise in the future.

Fisheries trade union objects to China’s attacks on Vietnamese ship
The Vietnam Fisheries Trade Union (VFTU) has raised its voice condemning Chinese ships’ recent attacks on Vietnamese fishing vessels and fishermen.

According to the trade union, Chinese ships attacked Vietnamese fishing vessels and their crew on several occasions while the ships were operating in their traditional fishing grounds.

In the early morning of July 31, fishing vessel QNg96507 TS from central Quang Ngai province with 11 crewmen aboard was attacked by groups of armed men from Chinese ships 46102, 45101 and 37102, who used AK guns and electrical bludgeons to beat the Vietnamese fishermen, smash their fishing tools and ship equipment and took away all the catch on board.

Another ship, the QNg-96462 TS, reported they were also attacked and robbed by several foreign ships, possibly of China, in Hoang Sa (Paracel) waters on July 31 morning. The ship, captained by Mai Van Cuong from An Vinh Commune on Ly Son Island, central Quang Ngai province, returned safely to Ly Son Island on August 1.

The trade union said the attacks threatened the lives and assets of Vietnamese fishermen and demanded an end to these wrong actions.

The union also urged Vietnamese relevant agencies to investigate into the incidents and take prompt measures to protect the lives and property of Vietnamese fishermen.

Vietnamese fishermen and trade union members were asked to unite and provide mutual support when working offshore to maintain operations and deal with the situation, avoiding escalating tensions in Vietnamese waters.

In June, a number of Vietnamese fishing boats were also attacked by Chinese ships.

On June 28, boat QNg-96093 TS from central Quang Ngai province, which had 13 people aboard and was operating in Vietnamese waters, was directly rammed by two Chinese ships, 44044 and 33101.

Chinese crew members then boarded the Vietnamese ship and used electric blackjacks to attack the fishermen, throw away their fishing tools and seize the day’s catch.

Previously, Vietnamese vessels QNg 90657 TS, QNg 90205TS and QNg 95431TS were attacked by several Chinese ships on June 10, 16 and 18, respectively, while fishing in the Hoang Sa (Paracel) archipelago. The Chinese seized their catch, fishing equipment and fuel.

On June 9, vessel QNg 95193TS suffered similar damage to its crew and assets after being attacked by Chinese ship 4302 using water cannon.
