We only try to secure our maritime border from illegal activities, there's a lot of pirate, illegal fishing, illegal smuggling and human trafficking activity happen around and within our sea, so forceful action to restore the law and order on the sea is needed.

While we punish trespassers with dire economic loss for their illegal act, there's no one harmed in the process. That's why, we receive no complain, and our neighbor can just quietly accept our action.
