Replace HK G3

Guys I am new member I want to ask why Pakistan Army is still using HK G3 in my opnion its not a good GUN it heavy than it doesnt have very good firing record and also many times get stuck so why not replace it with HK-416 or HK-417

Money is one of biggest issue with limited budget, war expenses and turmoil in the economy
