Mob kills man in Himachal Pradesh for smuggling cows

A man from Uttar Pradesh was killed by a mob at Sarahan near Nahan in Himachal Pradesh after he was found smuggling cows. The incident happened on Wednesday night after the information of a man smuggling cows spread in the area. Police when reached the spot found one of the inmates of the truck seriously injured.
Police reached the place after they received the information that a man was smuggling cows in Sarahan which is anout 37 km from Nahan. Although the cops rushed the man to hospital, he died to on the way following injuries. While four other occupants of the truck was arrested by the police under Section 8 of the Himachal Pradesh Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Animal Cruelty Act. Police also recovered 10 cattle from the truck. (Also Read: ML Khattar says Muslims can eat beef, but not in this country)
However, it was also alleged that Noman was beaten to death by Bajrang Dal activists. It was reportedly said that the Bajrang Dal supporters found the truck with cow and attacked the man. The police have also registered a complaint under Section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Police is also investigating the role in Bajrang Dal in the incident.
The recent Dadri lynching was yet another incident where in a Muslim man was killed was dragged out of house by a mob and killed for slaughtering and eating beef. The Narendra Modi government has banned beef in various states of the country including Maharashtra and Himachal Pardesh as it is believed to hurt religious sentiments of Hindus.

Nobody is supporting any smuggler here. In this case nobody is killed but if you remember sometimes back over two dozens or so smugglers were killed brutally in India on charges of smuggling sandalwood, so again the point is why Indians support killing cow smugglers and other smugglers ? why not support the law for handling them?

Nobody is supporting any smuggler here. In this case nobody is killed but if you remember sometimes back over two dozens or so smugglers were killed brutally in India on charges of smuggling sandalwood, so again the point is why Indians support killing cow smugglers and other smugglers ? why not support the law for handling them?
