I personally go with your suggestion because I don't see any fruitful outcome having seen these cases..

NAB now either will do pully bargain or reference. Pully bargain means no Pakistani will ever know how much money recovered. In case of reference NAB will make weak references and all dakoo will be freed again and they will play trumpet again that we got all OK by court. Nothing will change in pakistan, only Allah will hold accountable to them including justices.

you explained the situation well. thank you , people don't get one simple fact over system is corrupt from 50+ years only 5 months or years wont be enough....……… that is why I said why not ksa style nro,,,, at this stage this will be more then enough ..

Chief Justice has no right to make political statements.

The JIT recommended these names on ECL. The JIT was constituted by the Supreme Court. It seems Chief Justice, wants to be popular. He wants to be in the news. And he's enjoying it.

Chief Justice judicial activism, while commendable if it remains in limits, is blurring the administrative boundaries of the government.

When did I lost my respect for CJP,,,,,, the day when he did nothing against Sharjil memon Shrab ki botal case.... CJP saw boatels and win with his own eyes he smelled them ……. I lost all my respect or hope for Judicial system of Pakistan...….. What a system we have , CJP was not able to punish culprit…… and don't forget how Iftokhar Chohdary (Ex-CJP and curse of Pakistan) summoned Atiqa Udho(the actress)

Someone had to do something...we were't going anywhere. I think he did good in his tenure bringing mafias to justice. Hope corrupt elements are punished in this case.
