it's ok there good in France, it seems there settling in just fine, keep them. i think the plan for us is to introduce english tests where they must pass to enter the country. and women and children are at a priority.

It's not fine at all,they have no interest in staying here (even if you guys come here to promote them to stay in France) as they are more interested in going to Britain. (Because you can work without papers and basically there are generous benefits.)

As the President of the region NPDC said,"The migrants, they want to travel to England, they know that you can work without papers in England. They are underpaid. As long as the English don't change the rules, we going to have problems,"



But it isn't all Britain's fault i'd say. If Greece and Italy sent the boat people back,maybe there would be no such problems in Calais... Nor in Europe....

A gunfight erupted in the Grande-Synthe migrant camp in northern Franceovernight with "forty shots fired", four wounded, and special police sent in to quell clashes thought to involve rival banks of smugglers.

Two men were treated overnight for gunshot wounds, a third for stab wounds and a woman for blows to the head.

Four people were being held for questioning on charges of attempted voluntary homicide, according to prosecutors at nearby Dunkirk.

Police believe the fight erupted between .rival people smuggling gangs against a backdrop of simmering tensions between Muslims and Christians in the camp.

David Michaux, a CRS anti-riot officer from the Unsa-police union, told Le Figaro: "There is a real problem of Muslims and non-Muslims. Most of the camp's 3,000-odd occupants are Muslim Kurds from Iraq, Iran and Syria but a minority are Christians from Iran.
"The Muslims are trying to expel the Christians from the camp," Mr Michaux claimed.

thanks the labour party for that, we are getting strict on our rules in regards to who gets benefits. we are still loose on our rules, but we should button up on them. well as long as if the english channel is there i dont think we will care. as for italy and greece they dont send them back they just sink them before they reach the coast, theres videos of greek navy personal with with no id puncturing inflatable boats with migrants on board with have women and children on them too. you should have taken Australia as an example.

If anything, it allows people to "self-radicalize" much easier, since they can access all sorts of forbidden (extremist) material in the comfort of their living rooms, without being traced (basic onion routing).

In the past, the Police could check out social/religious gatherings to see the danger of extremism, but now the real threat is "self-radicalized" lone wolves.

How do you catch a lone-wolf terrorist who "self-radicalizes" over the internet? They don't meet other terrorists, they don't talk about it with anyone, how do you catch them?

Of course, that doesn't mean technology is bad. Technology is a good thing. But you can't deny, with onion routing and programs like Tor, people can self-radicalize and there is absolutely no way to detect it.

Nope, I was asking why they seem to be ready to die/risk their lives/hardships just to get to Britain from France. Why leave france, spain, Italy, Portugaal and much of Europe just to come here, arent they comfortable there enough?

Your point about fucking up the region is irrelevant since many of these economic migrants would still have made the perilous journey here, whether western powers had a military presence/intervened in the region or not. This is because they are mostly economic migrants fleeing their leaders catastrophic economic policiies,corruption, nepotism, sectarianism, persecution,mismanagement etc. They are not really refugees fleeing wars.
