The Judiciary is pretty damn hard to manipulate. If you don't understand why, then take my word for it.
Armed forces deployment has nothing to do with the constitution.
Oh and please do get started with the bureaucracy.
Also, try muzzling the media.
The days of Indira Gandhi are over. No government can afford to hamper economic growth by overstepping its mandate. The Industrialist lobby - Tatas, Reliance etc. are too strong.
Khalsa what exactly are you trying to claim?
India has a much better communal situation than few decades back when riots were an annual feature.
Now people are too much pre-occupied with economic matters. It normally takes a big event to stoke the fires. Insulated, India is not from these fires.
I see a great threat to our great country and lot people are falling in thier trap. Our contry's streangth is in its secularism and some people are trying take that away while claiming that they are more patriot. Look at the patterns, you will see similarities between Nazis and RSS idology.
History books are being changed, look at the language being used and scariest of all is that I see no one other then minorities speaking against them. RSS sympthsiers are being posted at the key govrnment posts including military. If RSS is so concerned about the country's safety why not go fight in Kashmir or north eastern states?
Do you know what Hindutva is?
It is nothing but a common Hindu identity cutting across language, regional and caste barriers.
Till the arrival of Hindutva, there were only 3 types of identities in India:
1.The Pan-Indian secular identity which grabbed power after Independence. These people made a small but powerful minority.
2. The regional language based identities
3. The caste/tribal identities which were the strongest, but were obviously inherently incapable of capturing political power.
Kahlsa, I agree with you that India needs to remain secular. That is our strength.
I don't agree with the other parts of your post. You seem to have been influenced by some propaganda videos. Are you in India or outside?
If you are in India, you can see for yourself the reality than depend on the kind of obviously motivated videos you posted.
I know what Hindutva is and I dont have any issues with that but do you think its right impose Hindutva on other religions?
But you still didn't answer my questions regarding imposing Hindutva on other religion?
