Jet used by ISI flew into Dushanbe and is on the way back. Only aircraft flying through Afghanistan. Maybe giving ride to the Tajik intelligence chief or bringing back the head of Amrullah Saleh. Yesterday a private jet flew in from Nur Sultan. Another one seems to be heading to Tashkent. A lot of other private jet traffic also.

These Generals do not rule Sindh and Pak for decades. You are comparing one Zardari with dozens of Generals. Compare one Zardari with one General and let me know who looted more. Also zardari did not face court. Had he faced court and rule of law then zardari would have sent to the gallows long time ago and become part of history.
