Two-nation theory proven correct especially after 71 war. Bangladesh chose to remain independent Muslim-majority state instead of rejoining West Bengal, despite having same ethnicity.

Yup, because even Muslim Bengalis saw themselves as separate nation from Hindu Bengalis aka two-nations based on different religions. Two nation theory has been resounding success. Divided india, got Muslim-majority states out of it, and now even Modi/RSS are forced to accept two nation theory and are acting barbarically towards Muslim indians---whom they don't see as 'truly' indian since Muslims are a different nation than Hindus even in RSS minds

There is no 'hindu nation' btw. india is a secular country with myriads of different faiths and cultures. Its not homogenous like majority of Islamic world is (90%-95% Muslims). Keep cryin, but you cant even enforce gau rashak laws in South India (Hindu majority), let alone making a "Hindu nation" lol. Hinduism is too weak to establish effective statecraft like Islam.

Modi and the RSS goons were never forced to accept the Two Nation Theory; they were among the first promoters of it. Their intellectual roots stem from Vinayak Savarkar, who was an originator, along with Syed Ahmed Khan.

I have read quite extensively on the many viewpoints, ideologies, the various movements, leaders, etc. leading up to the partition. I have arrived at my own conclusion based on that.

As for the whole "two nation theory failed due to separation of Bangladesh"...I've been hearing that for a long while now. Every now and then some Indian with less than needed knowledge to comment on such matters...comes along...and repeats this like a broken record.

I didn't vote for them and if you see the voting pattern most Indians didn't either.

Besides, secular parties have ruled India for more than 60 years. Besides this government, though Hindu leaning is not trying to change the Indian secularism, at least constitutionally.

Actually in 1971 the 2-nation theory was strengthened. It became the 3-nation theory. You can't form a single nation with people who are different to you both in terms of race and religion. bangladesh was created for the same reason why Pakistan was created.
