Just read what it was replied to. It was just to rubbish a report that said something similar about India, and its the same report I took the abstract from.

I never chose the report, another member did.

If I was stopped by an army man and I started running away, would they spare me? Thats insane by any standards. I could be carrying kilos of rdx, tnt whatever. They are supposed to take care of people like these.
