They can be desperate for anything. The fact is that there are billions in PCB's budget and its share has also increased after ICC mulled new profit sharing formula. There is no cash issues with PCB.

Main reason, countries like to play series against India is the economic benefits. Your board has the purpose of making money and promoting sports. If you can't make more money, you can't promote it more.

we have no problem to take this matter to ICC dispute committee to claim our loss but since they are asking us to send letter to your BCCI first then your cricket board need to reply with definite answer

The point is people who normally should be nationalistic and loyal to there country become ultra nationalist here though in reality no one from here will decide when the sorting ties will begun again. Sports is played in sportsmanship spirit and shall not be mixed with enmity
