I am quite amazed at your ignorance. Asghar Khan was an Airforce Officer, not an army officer.... and as far as you questioning his credentials do remember:

Lets assume for a min that the AVM Asghar Khan was a disgrace, What about his sucessor Nur Khan was he a disgrace too, he seems to have the exact same opinion of the 65 war? and what about Col SS Mehdi, he was on the ground fighting, maybe you know more than him too.... Please do educate us.

I don't understand why are we getting into war history, when the thread is about 5th Gen warfare. Argument with the Pakistanis stops there itself , when Indian replies that they failed to achieve their objectives which is Pak Occupation of Srinagar.

It's like some one is sent to buy tomatoes, but because of xyz reasons that person buys , carrot, brinjal and cabbage and forgets tomatoes.

Now whether it's carrot curry, brinjal, or cabbage without tomato it's tasteless, at least for those who wanted it to buy.

One great leader of pakistan had once said there cannot be an insurgency without inside support in reference to Kashmir, but in the same sentence wouldn't apply the same logic to their own internal problems. And that line of consistency of convictions is visible throughout.

3. compare which country achieved the most of their goals
4. then take a good look at the aftermath, i.e. the current state of the two countries, their infrastructure, technological/scienfitic/industrial/economical advancements, and their global image.

After the recent corps commander meeting it is quite obvious that India's turn to pay back is coming fast.
