I am not aware of any written agreement between MQM and RAW but MQM has written letters to several countries highlighting the discrimination faced by MQM. MQM has also written letters to U.N. and NATO for military intervention.

Supposing the MQM / R&AW backed out of the 'agreement' which court would the aggrieved party gone to claim ' damages' !!

Allegations against mqm start in early 90's " Jinnah Pur " RAW agents traitors etc and later the Army Officers who were involved in that saga come on media and states that the allegations were nothing but Fake, after that mqm was in centeral govt with PMLN with PPP and Mushraff was their close ally. Now question raise that all civil and military governments were aware that MQM is a RAW agent in Pakistan but they were in same bed so all are culprits not only mqm.
MQM was very close and enjoying good relation ship with military establishment till early 2013, there were a huge pressure on them during Imran Khan's Islamabad Dharna to join the band with PTI and PTA but mqm dosent give a damn about that, Imran Khan himself via Arif Alvi (a PTI MNA ) from Karachi was in contact with AH via MQM Karachi to request them to join Dharna prade but AH refused that request. Establishment was not happy with refusal of MQM as they have a massive public force in Karachi and if that time Karachi move there were a big problem for Nawaz Govt as Punjab and KPK were on streets. Things change a lot against MQM after that I am feeling realy sad to telling an inside story to an Indian member but as this RAW saga also connect with India I'm sadly to say that we ( Pakistan ) is a RAW playground where no one left who somehow links with RAW! Magar ham bohat be Sharm hain we keep calling each other RAW agents to satisfy our egos. Sad state of affairs.
